Making Space for the Next Chapter
How we helped a beloved grandmother reclaim her beach home after loss—and make room for what matters most.
A Fresh Start, With Heart
When her husband passed away, Terri found herself overwhelmed—not just with grief, but with stuff. Their beach home, once filled with laughter, keepsakes, and the joyful chaos of nine visiting grandkids, had started to feel heavy.
She didn’t want to let go of the memories, but the physical clutter made it hard to move forward. Closets were packed, her bedroom didn’t feel restful, and her once-bright space felt like a to-do list she couldn’t manage alone.
That’s when she called us.
We started with her closet, helping her gently sort what to keep and what could be let go. We created space in her bedroom so it felt like a retreat again—not a storage room. Then we moved through the entire first floor, creating systems that supported her new routine, including organizing her medication drawer for ease and safety.
Terri didn’t need a new house. She just needed help making peace with the one she loved.
Before & After
”I finally feel like I can breathe again in my home. Thank you for helping me keep what matters and let go of what doesn’t.
