You’ve got a million tabs open—literally and mentally. If you’re a working mom, staying organized can feel impossible. But small, intentional changes can make a big impact. Here are five easy wins you can do in under 30 minutes (no perfect label maker required).

1. Create a Drop Zone
Designate one space near the door for bags, keys, and shoes. A basket, a hook, a tray—it doesn’t have to be fancy, just consistent.

2. Make a Snack Station
Whether in a drawer or on a shelf, group kid-friendly snacks in clear bins they can access (and put away) themselves.

3. Tame the Bathroom Chaos
Edit products down to what you actually use. Use a lazy Susan or drawer dividers for everyday items. Get rid of expired kids’ meds while you’re at it.

4. Designate a Paper Command Center
Mail, school flyers, takeout menus—paper adds up fast. Use a wall file, folder, or even a clipboard to collect and sort as it comes in.

5. Contain the Toys (Just a Little)
Use large baskets for quick cleanups. Label by category if you can—but even a “dump and done” bin for each child is a win.

Progress over perfection. These wins aren’t about picture-perfect—they’re about making daily life smoother. Want help building systems that stick? Let’s chat.
